Physical Education class is frequently the best part of a “fit” student’s day. The de-conditioned (out-of-shape) student however, rarely looks forward to sub par performances in front of their peers.
Many adults, to this day, remember the experience of having to learn about and play sports and activities in P.E. that they did not like or were not good at.
